Answer to frequently asked questions
Yes, all our rooms, suites, and apartments have a balcony.
Out of consideration for other guests, we do not accept dogs and pets in our house.
We offer bed and breakfast at our establishment. In spring and autumn, as part of a weekly package, we host our set menu evening every Wednesday. In the evenings, upon request and for an additional charge, we offer light snack dishes. (except Thursday and Sunday)
Within walking distance, you will find several restaurants, pizzerias, and typical South Tyrolean wine taverns.
Our swimming pool is not heated. In the summer, it is pleasantly warm due to the sun. Our saltwater pool is operational from the end of April to the end of September.
The rooms and suites are ready for occupancy from 2 pm and the apartments are ready for occupancy from 3 pm. On Sundays, check-in is until 3:30 pm. Check-out is at 9:30 am.
During your arrival, you will receive the South Tyrol GuestPass for free use of all public transport in South Tyrol (here you can find the benefits of the South Tyrol GuestPass advantage card)
We do not have single rooms in our hotel. Our double rooms type C can be rented for single use, subject to availability. The single room supplement is Euro 20.00 per day.
Our hotel is a non-smoking property. You will find our smoking area at the back of the house. Smoking is not allowed on the rooftop terrace, sunbathing lawn, and the poolside lounge. Please also be considerate of your room neighbors when smoking on your balcony.
Yes, during holiday periods (Easter, Pentecost, summer, and autumn) and in high season, from the end of June to mid-October, a minimum stay of 7 nights applies. Short breaks are only accepted at short notice or subject to availability.
Yes, families with children are very welcome here! We have family rooms, suites, and apartments that are suitable for families. Our little guests have access to a playground with a giant trampoline, swing, slide, table tennis, and other toys. Our large garden is a paradise for letting off steam. The Lana Tourist Board organizes various fantastic events in the summer as part of the 'Children's Summer'. For your toddler, we are happy to provide the following: travel cot, diaper bin, high chair, children's plates and cutlery.
Yes, our Peace & Relax rooftop terrace with sauna and whirlpool is reserved for adults (16 years and older).
Our hotel bar is open until 10 pm. On Sunday and Thursday evenings, we also take a short break and the bar is closed. On these evenings, we offer wines, soft drinks, and bottled beer for self-service.
In the afternoon, we offer coffee, cake, ice cream, and refreshments in the garden (lounge and garden terrace) from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
You can settle your final bill on the evening before departure until 6 pm in cash, EC card, Mastercard or Visa. We do not accept business cards and AMEX. You are also welcome to pay the room rate in advance by bank transfer before your arrival.
We kindly ask you to settle any extras in cash.
You can park your bikes for free in the garage.
Outside, you will find free car parking spaces. You are welcome to book a parking space in the garage for Euro 7.00/day. We kindly ask for reservation at the time of booking (limited parking spaces). When booking a Panorama Suite, Panorama Family Suite, and Panorama Apartments, 1 parking space in the garage is included in the price.
We have 1 charging station with 7 KW. The cost is Euro 0.45/kWh
