- On the roofs of our new building, we have installed a photovoltaic system and a solar system. The new building has been equipped with an air-to-water heat pump. We have also installed air-to-water heat pumps in the main house and the holiday apartments, which operate the climate and heating systems.
- Our swimming pool is chlorine-free. We use skin-friendly saltwater.
- In the planning and construction of our houses, interior design of all rooms, and outdoor design, we have been working with local craft businesses for many years.
- It is important for us to use furniture made of local woods (oak, larch, and walnut). We have laid tiles made of stoneware and porphyry, as well as silver quartzite slabs in the garden.
