Please understand that we do not accept dogs
Reservation, Booking & Deposit
For a definitive booking, a deposit of Euro 100.00 is to be paid, this mainly applies to bookings made 1 year in advance. You will receive the exact information with the reservation confirmation at the turn of the year. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, but we will be happy to issue you a voucher for it. (Validity 2 years)
For organizational reasons, we cannot guarantee specific room numbers. For an additional daily fee, we will be happy to reserve your desired room for you.

cancellation terms
- 41 days prior to departure you will not be charged.
- In the event of cancellation within 40 days of departure, 50% of the total price will be charged.
- 21 days before departure, 90% of the total price will be charged.
- In the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure, the room price (minus breakfast) will be charged, regardless of whether we were able to re-let the room in whole or in part.
Minimum Stay
During the holiday season and peak season, a minimum stay of 7 days applies.
Check-in and check-out day: Saturday
Please understand that we only accept short stays at short notice.
Short stay (under 3 nights) surcharge of +20% | For stays under 7 nights, we reserve the right to charge a small supplement

Check-In & Check-Out - Arrival Times Room
- Check-In: from 2:00 pm – On Sundays and public holidays, arrival is until 3:30 pm. If you arrive on Sundays after 3:30 pm, please inform us in advance by phone.
- Check-Out: On the day of departure, your room is available until 9:30 am.
- ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DAY: Saturday
Check-In & Check-Out - Arrival Times Apartments
- Check-In: from 3:00 PM – On Sundays and public holidays, check-in is until 4:00 PM. If you arrive on Sundays after 4:00 PM, please inform us in advance by phone.
- Check-Out: On the day of departure, your apartment is available until 9:30 AM.
